Shipping Policy
Every order is carefully packed and shipped from Yokohama, Japan.
We deliver to most regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Some destinations are not currently available due to carrier restrictions or regional regulations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at info@wabisabi-jp.com — we’ll confirm if shipping can be arranged.
We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.
Order Processing
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays or during Japanese national holidays will ship the following business day.
During high-volume periods, a brief delay may occur as we handle each package with care.
Shipping Methods
We partner with FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post to provide secure delivery worldwide.
Each carrier is selected based on your destination and the most efficient route available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by region and carrier, but most packages arrive within:
- Asia: 3–7 business days
- North America / Europe / Oceania: 5–10 business days
- Other regions: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package ships, so you can follow its journey.
Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free shipping with a minimum purchase, which varies depending on your local currency.
The free-shipping threshold for your region is shown in your cart and in the announcement bar.
Duties and Taxes
Each country sets its own import rules. Depending on your order value and destination, your package may be subject to local duties, VAT, or other import fees upon arrival.
These charges are set and collected by your country’s customs office or delivery carrier, not by us.
We’re preparing to introduce a pre-collected duties and taxes (DDP) system soon, allowing you to pay these fees at checkout for a smoother delivery experience.
Until then, import duties (if any) will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delays or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or customs fees were not paid, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping) once it arrives back in Japan.
If you’d like it reshipped, a new shipping charge will apply.
