Shipping and Returns

Confirmation of Your Order

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us at info@wabisabi-jp.com.

Shipping

All items are shipped to you from our office in Yokohama via FedEx International Priority. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your package. Every order will receive tracking information via email once the package has shipped.

Duties and Custom Fees

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional duties or custom fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are unfortunately beyond our control.

The order total we provide does not include these duties as they are applied and collected by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion. Customs fees are not charged by nor paid to The Wabi Sabi Shop. Therefore, we are unable to refund these fees.

Returns

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase every time you shop with us. If you are not happy, we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible.

You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
