Rim prevents overflow
The cutting board has a slight downward slope toward the back. It also has a rim that prevents the spilling of chopped ingredients and juices. Because the board is small and light, transferring ingredients into pans without spilling is effortless.
Easy to keep clean as it can be washed and dried in the dishwasher.
The cutting board surfaces are raised off the work surfaces so it’s hygienic. Just flip it over, and you can use the other side. Use one side for meats and the other for vegetables.
